**NEW** We now offer Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.
Let our expert team of physiotherapists rehabilitate and improve movement disorders by using evidence-based, natural methods such as exercise, motivation, adapted equipment and education.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Our pelvic floor physiotherapist is trained to assess and treat a variety of conditions affecting the pelvic floor such as incontinence, organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Childbirth, age related changes and decreased sexual activity can cause weakness, tightness and damage to the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles can be retrained to improve self esteem, self control and overall vitality of the pelvic floor.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, and promote relaxation and well-being.
We are a registered OHIP clinic. Qualifying patients are 65 or older, 19 years old or younger, ODSP, or have had overnight stay in hospital. Referral from a physician is required. We treat acute or worsening symptoms that limit function or mobility. These are called Episodes of Care. We provide time limited, goal oriented physiotherapy for your specific referred condition.
Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine, under the belief that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system.
We offer a wide range of joint braces for the entire body, both custom and off the shelf. We offer bracing solutions for both daily activity, as well as sport and prevention.
